At Sude, we are committed to offering a comfortable and satisfying shopping experience. With our shipping policy ranging from 2 to 7 business days, we ensure fast and convenient delivery of your purchases. Our return and exchange policy is designed to be flexible and easy to guarantee your complete satisfaction.


Exchange Policy

You can exchange any product within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, provided that the product is in its original condition, unused, and with original packaging and tags intact.


If you wish to exchange a product, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp during working hours (9:00 AM to 12:00 AM).


Shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount unless there are exceptional cases such as manufacturing defects or issues with delivery.


Exchange not allowed if:

More than 7 days have passed since receipt.


The product has been used or damaged.


The product has been tampered with.


Return Policy

Products may be returned within 3 days from the date of receiving the order, provided they are in original, unused condition, with packaging and labels intact. Only new, unused products will be accepted; damaged or altered returns will be rejected.

Special Conditions for "Buy 1 + Get 1 Free" Offers

If you want to exchange the free item, the paid item must also be returned.


If you want to exchange the paid item, the free item must also be returned.


If your order includes 3 items from the offer and you want to return the free item, you must return one of the paid items as well.


If you wish to return or exchange the entire order (e.g., due to color or size), all items included in the offer must be returned. If any item is missing, no refund will be processed until all items are received.


Important Notes

Refunds may take 1 to 14 business days to appear in your account.


Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees are non-refundable.


If the product has been used or damaged, the return will be canceled, and no refund will be issued.


Quality inspection will be based on the return reason provided to customer service. If another part of the item needs inspection, the return cycle may be extended by 6–8 business days.


Refunds for cash-on-delivery orders will be transferred to your bank account. Orders paid via Visa/MasterCard/Tabby will be refunded using the same payment method.


If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, the return will be rejected, and the product will be sent back. If the product is not received after delivery attempts, it will be stored at our facility for 3 months, after which it can no longer be claimed.


To return products, click "Return Products", enter your address and reason for return. Please note: once a return request is submitted, no additional return requests can be made.
